Our modern Alaska fishing lodge is located in the heart of the Katmai National Park 40 miles NE of the town of King Salmon Alaska, World famous for Alaska fishing trips and Alaska bear viewing tours. Thank you to the Royal Bighorn Lodge members and manager Paul Garrison for a great week of fishing on the Alagnak. The state of the Alagnak is that many of the Chum Salmon have spawned and died, the King Salmon are at the end of their spawn, there still some Silver Salmon trickling in and are just about ready to spawn. The bead fishing for Rainbow Trout is still productive and now drifting flesh patterns is starting to heat up. The Trout are fed and growing very large. Come fish the Alagnak next fall with Alaska Adventures.
